Brett Inches
IMM
I am nominating Brett Inches for going above and beyond his job duties at IMM. Brett is a maintenance technician for North Highlands Apartments, one of the properties IMM manages. Early this month Brett found a tenant in the hallway that was acting abnormally. Upon investigating and asking questions Brett discovered that the tenant had thoughts of suicide. Acting quickly, Brett assessed the situation and notified the authorities to get immediate aid to this individual. Without the swift actions of Brett, we feel that this individual would no longer be with us. Right now the individual is doing well and Brett continues to excel every day at his work. Brett is an asset to the IMM team and to the community as a whole!

I'd like to nominate Larry and Mike for an Eagle Award as they have outstanding customer service! They're super hard workers, and really nice guys. Top notch at what they do, and they are so appreciated. I would recommend these guys to anyone! And, I'd also like to recognize Daisy who handles all the calls and makes the appointments. She is always super nice and helpful. She is also very much appreciated.

Dr. Solemsaas really took the time to explain everything to me regarding my dog's eye condition and answered all questions I had. He never made me feel frushed. He fixed her eyelid at the same time as spaying her and we couldn't be happier with the result. Her eye looks amazing. I really appreciate the time he spent talking to me and the skills he has. I've always been treated well at Pinkerton's. Thank you for doing what you do. It meant a lot to me.

From the moment I walked into the clinic until I left Aubrey was friendly, smiling, and she genuinely cares about making sure that everyone who checks in with her or out is taken care of. Aubrey shows great customer service at all times. She is a true shining star!

I made a purchase at the Hallmark store on July 10th. I had two bags I was trying to carry out and also my cane. Wanda noticed my struggle and she picked up my bags and carried them to my car in the parking lot with the ultimate friendly customer service. As a handicapped senior citizen, this gesture was mega appreciated.

My husband and I had lunch at Applebees today, and the service we had was SPECTACULAR. It has been many years since we experienced this level of service at a restaurant in Minot (partly because of COVID00we ate a lot of "to go" options during the pandemic.) The manners, speedy refills, fresh hot food made to order, and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. She told us when we were seated that she tends to "hover like a shark" and this is probably the only time in my life I was happy to be in a shark-infested area!

My husband and I came into Gourmet Chef for the first time today and we were immediately welcomed with a warm smile and offered a sample of coffee by a sales lady named Tamara. We weren't looking for anything specific and asked her to show me some of her favorite items in the store and she did not disappoint! (I believe I bought everything she showed me, excellent taste!) Any question I asked she either had the answer or made sure to find the answer. She was friendly, funny & witty which really made our visit great. We will definitely be back and can't wait to see what else Tamara can help us find! Amazing selection and above standard customer service! I genuinely hope the owner of the business knows what a gem they have in an employee!
Thank you Tamara for your amazing service and for getting us hooked on Gourmet Chef!! Can't wait to see you again.
